  2. Heat a Tb oil in a non stick pan and sauté the veggies for 5-7 minutes on medium-Low heat
  3. Season with salt,pepper and dry spices and mix well
  4. Add the crumbled tofu and mix well and sauté on Low heat
  5. Finish by adding coriander leaves and lemon juice
  6. Mix and take off heat
  7. Serve warm in toast/sandwiches/roles

Add soy sauce, nutritional yeast, garam masala, ketchup, turmeric, pepper and chickpeas to skillet. Serve on toast, alone or wrapped up in tortillas. Garlic, ginger, pav bhaji masala (you can also use garam masala here), turmeric, cumin, and red chili powder (optional if you want it to be spicy!). Drizzle with some lime and cilantro and enjoy all the flavors alone or with some toast 🙂 Heat a little oil in a non- stick pan on medium heat Once hot, crumble up the tofu. Add in your veggies once the tofu is lightly brown.
