  5. Add the philadelphia cheese, mix, then add cheese. (I used Tillamook mild chedder) add more cheese if you like, turn heat of when it starts bubbling.
  6. You can also add corn to this its delicious.

Sprinkle flour and salt over sauteed vegetables, tossing gently to combine. Stir in evaporated milk, sour cream, and cheese. Once you notice droplets of liquid on zucchini, pat it with a paper towel, then place all in a large bowl. Add seasoning, oil, and cheese to the bowl with zucchini slices. Slice the cherry tomatoes lengthwise and spread them out on a baking sheet.
