In a large bowl, beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining sugar until blended but not foamy. Let the caramel come to a boil allow it to bubble up till it turns golden brown. Don't stir the pan which results in a sticky caramel. To make the custard; add eggs and sugar in a blender.

The ingredients needed to make Caramel Custard/Pudding:
  1. Prepare 1/4 cup sugar
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup thick curd
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup cream
  4. Get 1/2 cup condensed milk / milkmaid
  5. Take 1 tbsp custard powder, vanilla flavoured
  6. Make ready 1 tsp vanilla extract

Light and delectable, it tastes awesome when served chilled. Swirl the pot and even out the hot caramel. Pour the caramel evenly into the custard cups. Let's make the egg mixture for pudding.

Instructions to make Caramel Custard/Pudding:
  1. Transfer the caramelised sugar into a bowl.
  2. Allow to cool for 5 minutes or until the caramelised sugar sets completely.
  3. Further in a large bowl take  ½ cup milk, ½ cup curd, ½ cup cream and ½ cup condensed milk.
  4. Also, add 1 tbsp custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk and mix until everything is well combined.
  6. Pour in caramelised set bowl
  7. Cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until its set completely.
  8. Cool down to room temperature and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  9. Finally, unmould the caramel custard or custard pudding and enjoy.

Pour the caramel evenly into the custard cups. Let's make the egg mixture for pudding. Crack the two eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat the egg with a balloon whisk. Don't let the tip of the whisk leave the bottom of the bowl to avoid creating too much foam.
