  1. Get 1/2 cup boiled milk
  2. Make ready 3/4 cup sugar
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup condensed milk
  4. Take 1 tbsp custard powder
  5. Take 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  6. Get 1/4 cup mango pulp

To make eggless creme caramel recipe we need very few ingredients. Milk, agar agar, corn flour, sugar, vanilla and some nuts. Quick and so rich dessert within a hour! The caramel layer adds a nice contrast with slight bitterness to the milk layer.

Instructions to make Eggless Creme Caramel:
  1. In a large heavy saucepan, cook and stir 3/4 cup sugar over low heat until sugar is melted and golden. Pour it into mould. Set for 10 minutes
  2. Further in a large bowl take ½ cup boiled milk,and ½ cup condensed milk, also, add 1 tbsp custard powder and 1 tsp vanilla extract whisk and mix until everything is well combined. I added mango pulp as this is season of mango.
  3. Pour in the caramelised set mould. - cover the bowl and steam for 30 minutes or until its set completely. Cool and refrigerate overnight and unmould slowly.

Quick and so rich dessert within a hour! The caramel layer adds a nice contrast with slight bitterness to the milk layer. Pour into the containers and pour some water into the pan.
