  3. Then add the pickle juice and cook until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  4. Set aside to cool
  5. Prepare smoker for barbecuing and heat to 230°
  6. In a large bowl add all ingredients and mix to combine
  7. on a foil lined sheet pan form mixture into a loaf
  8. insert a thermometer into the center
  9. place into the smoker and cook until center of reaches 160°F about 3 1/2 to 4 hrs.
  10. If you want to add a glaze you could mix up ketchup, and pepper juice and mop it on the last 30 minutes of cooking time
