The ingredients needed to make Grilled Mushrooms:
  1. Get 8 oz Baby Portabella Mushrooms
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Butter
  3. Get 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  4. Make ready 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  5. Take 1/2 tsp Fresh Cracked Black Peppercorns
  6. Get 1 pinch Fresh Cracked Lemon Pepper
Instructions to make Grilled Mushrooms:
  1. Lay out three or four sheets of tin foil in an asterisk type pattern to wrap mushrooms in and place in size appropriate bowl
  2. Place Mushrooms of your choosing in tin foil
  3. Cube butter place in with mushrooms and add oil
  4. Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and lemon pepper and close the tin foil around the mushrooms. Making sure to wrap tightly as this will be cooked in both sides
  5. Place in center of grill over medium high heat flipping occasionally. Cook till tender. Or Throw them on before you start your steaks and pull them when your steaks are done, seems to work nicely everytime.
