  5. preheat skillet over medium heat
  6. remove sausage from casing and add to skillet along with garlic, Shallot, bell pepper and mushroom stems. cook until meat is browned.
  7. place cleaned mushroom caps on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  8. evenly fill each cap with meat mixture
  9. top each cap with 1T of mozzarella cheese
  10. bake in oven 8 - 10 minutes, until cheese is melted
