  2. Grate haldi,Ambe haldi and ginger.
  3. Add salt and lemon juice to grated haldi and keep covered for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Heat oil in kadai add Rai let it crackle and turn off let it cool.
  5. Now add pickle masala to haldi mixture give it a good mix and add oil mix throughly. After half an hour it's ready.
