  2. Then take a pan add 4 tbsp oil heat it and add haldi saute for 10 to 12 min in slow flame because we want bitterness to go.
  3. Then add 1 tbsp oil heat it add Asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds spluter it.Then add tomato pure saute for 2 min.
  4. Then add all spices cook 3 min in slow flame.Then add cream if you want…mix well.
  5. Then add haldi and salt mix well.cook 5 to 7 min in slow flame.
  6. Then garnish with coriander leaves….
