Get 1 cup Chana dal -
Make ready 1 cup Fresh grated coconut -
Prepare 1/2cup Kacchi (raw) kairi grated -
Take 1 tablespoon Sugar-
Take 2 teaspoon Salt -
Take -2 tablespoon Oil
Take 1 tablespon Coriander leaves -
Make ready 1teaspoon Mustard seed -
Make ready 2 teaspoon Jeera- (1 for tadka and 1 for Mixing)
Make ready -1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
Make ready 1/2teaspoon hing-
Get -7-8 Curry leaves
Take 5 cup Water -
Make ready 4-5 Green chilli -
Instructions to make Amba Dal:
Soak Chana dal 1 cup for 6 hours in 5 cup of water
After 6 hours remove all water
In that chana dal add salt, sugar, jeera, Green chili and grind in mixer coarsely
After in that add 1 cup fresh grated coconut, coriander leaves and 1/2 Cup kacchi kairi (Raw kairi)
Mix thoroughly all ingredients
Heat pan.after crackling put 2 tablespoon oil and add mustard seeds, jeera, Curry leaves,haldi, hing
Put this takda mixture in our above Chana dal mixture and mix thoroughly
This over awesome tasty dish is ready for serve for prasad
You can add all above ingredients as per your taste of sour and tikha
