3. In another glass take Gulab sarbat add half glass water and mix well. Keep this glass also in freezer to set as ice.
4. Now after 4/5 hrs ice is set. Remove the glasses from freezer. With the help of strong spoon break the ice in glass only.
5. Now in serving transparent glass put kacchi keri ice gola 2 tbl spoon dein gulab ice gola 2 tbl spoon again repeat same way and finally on top place butter scotch ice-cream scoop ya any liking flavor.
