  13. Prepare 3 tbsp Ghee

  15. Make ready 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  16. Make ready 1 pinch Sugar
  17. Get 1/4 tsp Kasuri methi
Instructions to make Matar aur Kacchi Haldi ki Sabzi:
  1. Grate Haldi. Take ghee in a non stick pan, when ghee gets heated, add the grated Haldi in Oil and cook for 5 mins in medium flame continuously stirring. Take out the grated Haldi and in the same pan add ginger, garlic and stir for 1 min.
  2. Than add the onions and mix. Add all the dry masalas and mix. Now add the green chillies, tomatoes and mix and cook for 3-4 mins.
  3. Now add the peas and cook for 2 mins with lid closed. Than add the sugar and the fried Haldi. Give it a nice mix. And cook for 3-4 mins with closed lid.
  4. Now add the whisked curd and mix it well. Cook for 4 mins. The dish is ready add kasuri methi mix it.
  5. Sprinkle coriander and serve.
