  1. Shred haldi and ginger. Take pan add ghee. Add clove, bay leaf, and cinnamon.
  2. Add garlic and saute for a while. Add haldi and saute on low flame till rawness of haldi gone.
  3. Add tomato and green peas and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add curd and mix it well.add masala and cook till veggies till ghee separated. Serve with roti.
