Prepare 200 gms Malai Paneer
Get 1 Sprig Curry Leaves (For Garnish)

Steps to make Paneer Pepper Fry:
Firstly, add all the ingredients mentioned under "For Roasting and Grinding" in a pan and roast on low flame for a minute. Remove on a plate and allow it to cool down.
Add the roasted spices in a blender and blend into powder and set aside.
Soak the paneer in hot salted water for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, cut into small cubes and set aside. Keep the curry leaves and coriander leaves ready for garnishing.
Crush the ginger and garlic and set aside. Chop the onion and bell pepper and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add the crushed ginger garlic and saute till the raw smell leaves.
Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper and saute it well. Add turmeric powder and salt.
Add the ground spice powder and mix it well.
Now add the paneer cubes. Mix gently and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame.
Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves. Mix well. Saute for a minute and off the flame.
Tasty Paneer Pepper Fry is ready. A perfect dry dish. Serve hot with rotis or rice accompanied with dal, curd tadka or any vegetarian dish.
