  1. Mix salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and coat the paneer cubes. Fry the paneer cubes on a pan and set aside.
  2. To the rest oil add cumins and allow to splutter. Add onion, ginger garlic and green chilli and saute till onions are translucent. Mix the veggies.
  3. Fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, rest salt, turmeric, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and garam masala. Mix well and cook on low flame till tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add the paneer cubes and crushed kasoori methi. Mix and coat well the masala and veggies, paneer cubes. Don't add water. Cover cook for two minutes. - - The curry is ready to serve with poori/Parathas.
