Clean soft spinach leaves. Leaves shouldn’t be chopped small. - In this particular recipe, spinach leaves are kept little big and final sabzi is with gravy as it's eaten with rice.
Take a wok - Add ghee - Add cumin seeds - When they crackle add all whole spices and stir till fragrant.
Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder - Add chopped tomatoes - Let them be mushy a bit - Add chopped spinach leaves and cover so that they get cooked and be tender.
Add little water too to make the gravy. - Once spinach is cooked well add paneer cubes and cook again so that everything gets incorporated well.
Sprinkle garam masala when it's done and serve with steamed rice
