Steps to make Chole bhature:
  1. Soak overnight the white chick peas
  2. In the morning, boil the white chick peas with water in cooker
  3. In cooker, add tea leaves after tying in any cotton cloth
  4. Wait for 5-6 whistles
  5. Make dough of all-purpose flour with the help of drinking soda (no added water in it)
  6. Grind the onions, ginger and green chillies
  7. Cut the tomatoes into tiny pieces
  8. Heat the oil in pan
  9. Add grinded ingredients
  10. After saute for 5 minutes, add all spices in it
  11. Fry for 2 minutes
  12. Add tomatoes
  13. Stir fry them
  14. From cooker, get it the cloth out
  15. Now add tadka in cooker, boil for 5 minutes
  16. Chole is ready, garnish with coriander leaves
  17. Now take a deep pan
  18. Add oil in it
  19. After heating oil, make bhature of dough and fry from both sides
  20. Our bhature is also ready
  21. Serve with hot hot bhature with hot white chick peas
