Prepare 2 cup whole wheat flour
Get 2 tsp oil
Get 1/2 tsp baking soda
Prepare 2 tsp baking powder
Take 1/2 cup curd
Take as per taste Salt
Prepare as required Water
Make ready as required Black sesame

Instructions to make Chole Kulche:
In kadai heat oil and add cumin, cloves, cinnamon stick and black cardamom. Now add garlic, ginger and green chillies. Saute it for few seconds. After that add sliced onion and saute until it becomes transparent. Add sliced tomatoes, tomato puree, cumin-coriander powder, turmeric powder, kasmiri red chilli powder, chhole masala and dried mango powder. Cook these masala until it releases oil.
Now add tea water (boil one cup water and add tea and srain it). After one boil add cooked chhole and and 1 glass water. Cook it for 10 to 15 min. Lastly add coriander and lemon juice. After heating ghee, add whole red chilli and red chilli powder for tadka.
In a bowl mix whole wheat flour, oil, baking soda, baking powder, curd and salt. By adding water make a soft dough. Knead it for 10 to 15 mins. Cover it and rest for at least 2 hours.
Then knead the dough for 5 min. Make a small balls and roll them. Add Black sesame seeds and coriander leaves on these. Roll again. Apply water on the one side of kulcha. Place this side on tawa and roast it. Then roast the upper part of kulcha directly on flame. When it is completely cooked, apply ghee (or butter).
