  3. In a bowl add the onions,fenugreek leaves,cumin seeds,coriander powder,salt,all spices,red chilli powder, water & gram flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. If the butter still dry,add more water & keep mixing and checking the texture of the batter.
  6. In deep pan,add enough oil then make it hot.
  7. Taking tablespoon of the batter,add them in the pan turn by turn.
  8. Make sure each tablespoon that you add in the pan does not over lap the previously added tablespoon of pakora.
  9. Cook the pakora till each side in dark brown & fully cooked.
  10. Serve hot.
