Now take out from fridge and grease a baking tray. Sandwich: Toss green onions in a bowl with olive oil, and salt and pepper, to taste. Remove the steak from the marinade and let the excess drain off. Top each with lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

  1. Fry onion with oil in a wok Add ginger garlic paste, all dry spices and little water, fry till raw smell goes. Then add massed potato, greeen peas and soya granules with salt and little water. Cook for a while. Now it is ready for filling for sandwich.
  2. Take 2 slices of bread with the filling in between and grill it and cut into two triangular pices. Serve with tomato sauce.

Remove the steak from the marinade and let the excess drain off. Top each with lettuce leaves and tomato slices. To broil instead, place chicken on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Line a baking sheet with foil and grease it with some oil and set aside till later use. Drain the excess water from the soy chunks and add the chunks and the spinach to a food processor.
