Make ready Chick peas 450 gm boil them with half tea spoon meetha soda,salt
Get .onion 1 large size
Prepare .garlic paste 1 and half tb spoon
Get .ginger paste 1 table spoon
Get large size tomato
Make ready .green chillies 2 to 3 chopped for garnish
Make ready . Ginger jolian cut 1 tb spoon for garnish
Take .ajwain for tarka
Prepare .all spice powder 1 tb spoon
Take .oil 150 gm
Make ready spoon oil for tarka
Instructions to make Bazar jaisy murgh choly:
First marinate the chicken with all spices.
Add oil in a pan, add onion when it become soft add garlic paste. When it become light golden add some water. Then add ginger paste and tomato. When the tomato become soft add chicken pieces only in the pan.
When the chicken change its color add the remaining marination paste with some water. And cook it well unti the chicken will tender.
Now add the boiled chick peas and cook them well until it looks like this.add garam masala in it.. And heat the oil add ajwain and make it light golden and put it on murgh choly. And garnish with green chillies and ginger.
Chick peas should boil for 30 minutes.
