Hello everybody, it is Brad, welcome to our recipe site. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a special dish, stir-fried spaghetti. One of my favorites. For mine, I am going to make it a little bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Stir-fried spaghetti is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions daily. Stir-fried spaghetti is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have stir-fried spaghetti using 16 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Stir-fried spaghetti:
  1. Get 250 gr spaghetti
  2. Take 2 courgettes (diced)
  3. Get 2 medium carrots (julienned or diced)
  4. Prepare 4 small sausages (around 50g) (chopped)
  5. Make ready 2 medium eggs
  6. Make ready 1 vegetable stock cube
  7. Get 1 medium onion (chopped)
  8. Prepare 3-4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  9. Get 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  10. Take salt (to taste)
  11. Get pepper (to taste)
  12. Make ready coriander (to taste, I think 2 tsp?)
  13. Get sweet soy sauce (to taste, I think 2 tbsp? You can replace with soy sauce + brown/demerara sugar)
  14. Get oyster sauce (to taste, I think 1 tbsp? You can replace it with mushroom sauce)
  15. Make ready shrimp paste (1 tbsp, adjust for stronger/ less. Skip if you don't have this.)
  16. Make ready ketchup (I sometime add this, but this batch I don't)
Instructions to make Stir-fried spaghetti:
  1. Boil the spaghetti following the instruction written on the package (add salt). Meanwhile, prepare and chop the other ingredients (be careful not to overcook the spaghetti and stir ir once in a while though). I usually mandolin my vegetables, but you can julienne them. Different shapes make the texture better, you can dice some and julienne some. Take the spaghetti off the boiling water after it's cooked. Add some oil to the spaghetti so that it doesn't clump.
  2. Heat oil, add onion and garlic. Stir until change colour. Add shrimp paste (have nice ventilation as it's not everyone's favourite smell). Increase the heat and prepare to stir-fry. Add vegetable stock cube.
  3. Add hard vegetable first (courgette) then carrots. Add the sausages. Keep stir-frying. Crack the two eggs. Add salt and pepper. Check whether the vegetables are in the right consistency before adding spaghetti.
  4. Lastly add the spaghetti, sweet soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir fry until everything mixed properly. Taste to correct the salt/pepper.
