Straight from a Punjabi kitchen - hot and delicious, chole bhature!. Chole Bhature is one of the tempting and flavorful dishes from Punjabi Cuisine. The combination of ' Chickpea Curry ' and ' Fried Flatbreads ' is known as ' Chole Bhature '. This dish is one of the most eaten breakfast/snack in the Northern part of India.

Instructions to make Chole bhature:
  1. Soak chole for overnight and next day pressure cook it adding green tea bag it will give colour to chole.
  2. Cut oinions add garlic ginger and all the khada masala to it and make a fine paste.
  3. Take oil in pan heat it completely add tej patta and add paste to it fry it until it release oil add tomatoes if want i didnt add.
  4. After it gets fried add all dry masala and chole in it fry it too when all get dried add water to it and let it bowl for 10-15 mins add coriander to it.
  5. Take maida make a space in between add baking powder salt and rava to it and add water to the dough and make it wet dough and atlast add refined to it and cover it for 7-8 hours.
  6. Next day just make balls of it and fry it do not mix and push the dough again use as it is.
