  11. Take 450 g (1 lbs) - Prawns (shrimps) frozen or fresh, peeled, leave tails intact of desired
Steps to make Udang Kari (Curry Pawn):
  1. Heat oil lightly saute onion and garlic.
  2. Add Turmeric, cumin, lemon grass, stir and add sambal oelek, dried prawn paste and salt stir again.
  3. Add coconut milk and bring to the boil. Then, lower heat and add prawns. simmer uncovered for 15 -20 minutes.
