For Kulcha:-Take a wheat flour in a paraat. Add salt ghee baking powder baking soda and curd. Mix it well.and knead a soft dough. With a palm. Cover with napkin. N leave it for 2hrs.
Now roll a big roti without dusting flour sprinkle black sessme seeds chopped garlic. Apply water on both sides. Heat tawa and roast kulcha on a small flame. Sprinkle water on tawa cover and cook on slow flame. And roast another side on a flame. Kulcha is ready.Take in a plate.Apply ghee.
