  3. Now for kulcha mixing bowl put atta make hole in center put baking soda baking powder salt and sugar mix it and add oil and curd now mix it well now add water and make smooth dough. Give rest for at least 40 minute
  4. Now make ball in equal portion Take one ball roll it spread onion seeds and coriander leaves and roll it again
  5. Nowtake it in palm reverse it and spread water all over Put it in hot tawa once bubble it reverse the tawa towards flame let it brown spot now spread butter and serve hot with chhole. Chilli onion and lemon
