  17. Prepare 1 tsp kalonji
  18. Get 2 tbsp oil

Here, I am presenting a Recipe of Authentic Delhi style Chole and Kulchas. This bread is soft, easy to make, and tastes delicious. I have made Kulcha with whole wheat flour for a healthier version, and it is also without yeast.. Serve the healthy and delicious Kulcha with this Amritsari Chole No Onion No Garlic or Dal Makhani No Onion No Garlic.

Steps to make Chole and wheat kulcha:
  1. Make kulcha dough with curd, baking powder, baking soda, sugar,salt. Add oil. Keep aside with cover
  2. Boil chole with tea, and khara garam masala and salt. Garam masala and tea leaves tie with maslin clothes or put in small bos type - strainer. Pressure cook chole till you can smash with your finger.Don't throw the water.. Keep aside.. We are going to use this.
  3. In a pan or kadhai heat oil… Add chopped onions. Cook till it become translucent. Add Ginger garlic paste. Cook nicely and add tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes become soft. Add chole masala, red chilli, powder, ginger Julienne
  4. Add boiled chole. And cook for 5 minutes and now add water. which I kept aside.cook another 4 to 6 minutes
  5. Now kulcha… Take small amount of dough.. Roll with rolling pin… Sprinkle some chopped garlic, Coriander leaves and kalonji.
  6. Heat tawa..place kulcha on tawa.. Cook both side till golden spot comes. Apply butter… Serve with chole.

I have made Kulcha with whole wheat flour for a healthier version, and it is also without yeast..
