  3. Now close the lid & pressure cooker it for 7 to 8 whistle on low flame - When all the pressure is release then open the cooker & remove spice potli from it
  4. Now prepare paste of onion& tomatoes & ginger garlic
  5. Chopped coriander leaves
  6. For tadka cut ginger & green chilli vertically
  7. For onion salad - Take four white onions remove its skin & cut into four parts & take one small beet rot & remove its skin & cut into four parts - Add salt per taste & 1 cup water & 1spoon vinegar in it - Mix well & your salad is ready - When you serve take onions from it till then dip them in vinegar water
  8. Take a pan add three spoon oil & 3 spoon ghee & add cumin seeds & then onion paste
  9. Now when onion paste is sauté then add tomato paste & sauté till oil is separated from it & then add all spices to it & sauté for five minutes
  10. Now when tomatoes are cooked then add Kasuri methi & then add boiled chana in it
  11. Now add chopped coriander & close the pan with lid & simmer for 10 minutes
  12. Now when chana are done then add tadka on it - For tadka take 1 spoon of Amul butter then add ginger& green chilli & roast it properly - Now put this prepared tadka on sabji
  13. Now mix properly & close the lid of the pan & keep it for 15 mins - Now your Amritsari chole pindi is ready to serve with hot puris & onion salad
