Grind onions. ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Heat oil and add the paste. Add salt, garam masala and pepper and mix well. One such amazing dish is that of Egg Masala Curry where boiled eggs are just simmered in spicy masala gravy.

Steps to make Shahi Egg Masala Curry:
  1. Boiled eggs properly with light salt for 15 mins with medium to high flame.
  2. In Kadai put some Refined oil for fry the eggs both sides with pinch of Salt & Turmeric.Removed in a Bowl.
  3. In the remaining oil add Cardamom-Cinnamon,Bay leaves & Dry chillies,stir well for the aroma.
  4. Add the mentioned Onion-Garlic & Ginger paste,mix well..When oil came out mix the Tomato pastes also.
  5. Then add Turmeric powder(1/2 tbspn) & Red Chilli powder(1/2 tbspn),mix properly & add the liquor of the tea.
  6. Now time to add Chaat masala(1/2 tbspn),Salt-Sugar(as per tastes) & the whipped Curd also..
  7. Add Kasauri methi & mix well with little amount of water,now cover for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes open the lid & in gravy add the fried eggs,mix well with Cashew Pastes & serve with Amul cream & the tastes of Coriander leaves..
  9. Yummy in tastes,serve this tasty Recipe with hot rice in Lunch or Dinner..Thank you all.
