Instructions to make Choola Pav(choola dabhhal):
  1. In a bowl take chickpeas add water soak for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  2. Take a pressure cooker add 1 liter water add soak n drain chickpeas salt tea bag cover it with lid cook till 4-5 whistles. - Open the lid and remove the tea bag from it keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add all dry whole spices stir well add chopped onions fry till transfer golden brown color add ginger garlic paste saute add green chilli add tomato puree cook for 5 min.
  4. Now add red chilli powder turmeric powder garam masala powder salt boiled chickpeas mix it well cook for 3-4 min. Cover lid cook for 10 min.
  5. Open lid stir removes from heat.
  6. Place the pav in a pieces on a plate add chickpeas add both chutneys add some slice onions garnish with fresh coriander leaves and some nylon sev.
