  20. Prepare 1 tea bag

Chole or Chole Masala is a popular chaat famous all across the India. Chole features boiled white chickpeas flavoured with a wide range of spice powders, notably a special Chole Masala, along with onions, ginger and garlic. Another special aspect of this famous road-side food is the cooking of the chana with tea, to give a rich flavour and colour to it.   5. Then add powdered masalas cook for a while add little bit of water so that masala didnt burn
  6. After that add tomato paste..add salt as per taste cook for a while
  7. Then add chole with water (remove tea bag)
  8. Cook for a while the chole consistency became thick after that slightly mash the chole with a masher
  9. Its ready
