  4. Now in a small bowl mix all dry ingredients Salt red chilli powder, haldi, dhaniya powder,Amchoor,chana masala and kasoori methi. Mix well and make thick paste. Keep aside.
  5. Now in a kadhai take oil add jeera and hing. - Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
  6. Now add chopped onions. Cook till brown. Add tomato puree. Cook till oil saperates.
  7. Add masala paste. Mix well and cook till oil saperates. Add boiled chole. Add required amount of water.
  8. Cover and cook for 10 mins. - Garnish with onion and coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with roti, naan or kulcha puri.
