  8. Drizzle queso Sauce over each pepper and serve.

Place the chicken breasts in the skillet. Mix in the poblano peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic. Squeeze the juice from one lime half over the chicken, and place the lime peel and pulp into the skillet. Next, you remove the pan from the heat and mix in cooked shredded chicken and mozzarella. Now, stuff the tasty chicken mixture into the poblanos and bake them in a broiler-safe pan.
