  1. Take 250 gm boneless chicken
  2. Get 1/2 cup curd /yoghurt
  3. Make ready 2 teaspoon Cheese

  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp kasoori methi /Dried Fenugreek leaves
  7. Get 1 tsp Garam masala powder

  9. Take 2 tablespoon corn flour
  10. Prepare 2 tablespoon oil
Instructions to make Chicken kababs:
  1. Marinate the boneless chicken pieces with curd,fresh cream,cheese, paste of ginger garlic &. Green chilli paste, crushed black pepper and white pepper, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, lemon juice salt Mix them well.
  2. Keep it for marination for at least 1 hour.
  3. After marination add oil and cornflour & mix it well.
  4. Now pierce chicken cubes one in skewer, chicken is nicely marinated, so it will pierce easily.
  5. Without oven (with Tava). Heat a pan brush 1/2 tablespoon butter and spread it.
  6. Add chicken pieces immediately to avoid burning of butter.
  7. Do not over crowd the pan.
  8. Cover with lid & cook on high flame for 2 min.
  9. After cooking it for 2 minutes on one side, we'll flip it over
  10. Simmer the flame and cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. After 5 minutes open the lid and cook it.an high flame until the water gets dry. Cook out until you get nice grill marks. Now heat in grill maker.
  12. Cook out until you get nice grill marks.
  13. On high flame slightly roast the chicken pieces to get the smokey flavour.
