  1. At first cut onions, corriender, mint and add green chillies in in a bowl then heat tawa and add cumin, salute dhaniya and round red chilli and let them roast for 3 to 4 min then add them with the cutted veggies..
  2. Now add them in a chopper and chopperized them properly..
  3. Now wash chicken mince and then rinse it's water and then add the chopperized ingredients in it and mix..
  4. Now put 2 tomatoes on the stove and let there skin becomes black them Peel them with hand then chop them and add in the mince
  5. Then add red chilli powder, red chilli flakes and flour
  6. Then add garam masala powder and g.g paste as well
  7. Then add salt and then mix and left for 5 to 10 min then sprinkle flour in the tray and then make kababs of the batter and put them on tray then freeze it for 10 to 15 min
  8. Then add oil in apna and then add kabab in it then put slice of tomatoes and then capsicum fry it from both sides and serve with roti or with parhata and enjoy….
