  10. Prepare 1/4 Cup Mint Leaves

  12. Take 1 Tsp Whole Spice Powder
  13. Make ready 1 TBS Yogurt
  14. Prepare 1-2 Eggs
Instructions to make Chicken Shami Kabab:
  1. Add split bengal gram and water in a pan.
  2. Bring it to boil.
  3. Add chicken boneless.
  4. Add button red chillies, salt, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, cumin seeds into the mixture.
  5. Mix all the ingrediants.
  6. Cover the lid and cook for 6 -8 minutes until chicken becomes tender.
  7. Remove the lid and cook on high flame to reduce water.Cook until mixture gets dry.switch off the flame.
  8. Add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, yogurt, eggs, chicken mixture, all spice powder and eggs in a grinder.
  9. Grind until well combined.
  10. Wet your hands with water and take small amount of mixture to form small balls, later press them to form patty.
  11. Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry those patty.
  12. Serve them with green sauce, katchup and yogurt.
