The ingredients needed to make Yoghurt & Chicken Kabab:
  1. Take 250 gm boneless Chicken
  2. Get 1/2 kg Yoghurt (dahi)
  3. Prepare 4 tbspn Breadcrumbs
  4. Prepare 1 Egg
  5. Prepare 1/2 Cup Fresh coriander chopped (Hara dhania)
  6. Prepare 1 tbspn Green chilli crushed
  7. Prepare 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  8. Get 1 medium chopped Onion
  9. Get 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  10. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Take 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Get 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  13. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  14. Prepare 1 tsp roasted crushed Coriander
  15. Get 1 tbspn Soya sauce
  16. Make ready 1 tbspn Vinegar
  17. Prepare Water as required
  18. Get Oil
  19. Make ready Breadcrumbs as required
Instructions to make Yoghurt & Chicken Kabab:
  1. In bowl,place lawn or muslin cloth.Add yoghurt and bring the edges of cloth together,tie a knot and hang it for 4-6 hours or until it drained out completely.
  2. In a pan add Water, Soya sauce, Vinegar, pinch of salt and boneless chicken boiled and shredded.
  3. In bowl,add shredded chicken,hanged curd,breadcrumbs(homemade),fresh coriander,green chili crushed,ginger&garlic paste,onion,salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder, roasted crushed coriander, garam masala powder,cumin seeds and mix well.
  4. Beat egg, pinch of salt and pinch of pepper in small bowl until blended.
  5. Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes (makes 10) then coat in egg and breadcrumbs.
  6. In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
  7. Now kababs ready serve hot with ketchup and tea.
