Instructions to make Chicken Reshmi Kabab:
  1. Cut and chop onions.
  2. Squeeze excess water.
  3. Add in chicken mince.
  4. Also chop 1/4 bunch coriander and 5-6 green chillies.
  5. Squeeze excess water.

  7. Add salt - 1 TSP
  8. Black Pepper - 1 TSP
  9. White Pepper - 2/3 TSP
  10. Garlic Powder - 1 TSP
  11. Ginger Powder - 1/2 TSP
  12. Oil - 1 1/2 TBS
  13. Blend to make it smooth.
  14. Add milkpak cream - 2 TBS and mix again.
  15. Make kababs (This recipe will yield 30 kababs approx.)
  16. Shallow fry for 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
  17. Serve with chutney and raita.
