Take 3 Potatoes boiled mashed

Take 1 medium Onion chopped
Take 2 Green chillies chopped
Take 3 tbspn Fresh Coriander Chopped
Take 2 tbspn Breadcrumbs for mixture
Prepare Breadcrumbs for coating as required
Take 3 tbspn Mayonnaise
Get 2 tbspn Soya sauce
Take 2 tbspn Chili sauce
Make ready 1 tbspn Vinegar
Take 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
Make ready 1 tsp Tikka masala
Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Make ready 1 tsp roasted crushed Coriander
Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper
Take 1 / tsp Red Chili powder
Prepare Oil
Instructions to make Vegetable, Chicken and Macaroni Kabab:
Beat egg, pinch of salt and pinch of black pepper in small bowl until blended. Ready all ingredients and put on a table.
Now in a large bowl add boiled Potatoes, boiled macaroni, chopped capsicum,grated carrot, and chopped onion mix well.
Now add salt,tikka masala,red chilli powder, crushed coriander, Cumin seeds, black pepper powder and mix.
Now add chopped fresh coriander and chopped green chillies.
Add mayonnaise, Soya sauce,Vinegar and red chilli sauce and mix.
Add 2 tbspn Breadcrumbs.
Mix all ingredients.
Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make kabab of equal sizes (makes 12) then coat in egg and breadcrumbs.
In frying pan,add oil and fry kababs from both sides until golden brown.
Now kababs are ready serve hot with tomatoes and yoghurt chutney. - (see recipe)
