And then you just toss everything together. To make the Andhra Pepper Chicken, in a large wok or a kadai or a deep pan preheat the oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion, sliced green chillies, chopped ginger and chopped garlic and saute until the onion softens and turns slightly brown. Cover and cook on a low flame till the chicken turns tender.

Instructions to make chicken pepper fry:
  1. chop the chicken breast to 1 inch size
  2. dry roast peppercorns,cumin seeds & fennel seeds and make a fine powder along with coriader seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken along with the following: chicken kabab masala, cilli powder,salt and 3/4th of the ground powder using hand.
  4. close the bowl and rest it in the fridge for about an hour.
  5. heat the oil in the skillet on medium
  6. saute the greenchillies and freshly mince garlic
  7. add in the marinated chicken and cover and cook for about 25 mins. no water required.
  8. after the chicken gets cooked , without evaporating the water mix the chick pea flour and coconut stir for about 3 mins .
  9. sprinkle the left over ground masala powder and its ready to serve.
  10. note. it's only for people who love fire &it's really really spicy.

If the chicken doesn't let out enough moisture to cook, then add little water. Heat oil over high heat in a large wok or skillet. Add chicken and garlic and stir fry until chicken is lightly browned on all sides.
