Step By Step Instructions for Oven Chicken Kabobs: Using kitchen shears, cut the chicken into bite-size cubes. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to eight hours. Line a rimmed broiler-safe baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and thyme.

  4. Do not keep chicken in marinate sauce more then 1 and 1/2 hours, then you will taste yogurt strongly.
  5. Enjoy your "şiş kebabs!"

Cover the bottom of a tray with kitchen foil. Place the skewers on top of the tray, resting on the opposite walls. During the cooking, check if the kebabs need to be turned around so the bottom side gets brown too. Transfer the tray into the middle shelf of the oven. Leave the tray uncovered as this will allow the vegetables to become crispy.
