  8. Make ready 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar (optional)
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp oregano
  10. Get 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  11. Get 1/4 tsp sage
  12. Make ready 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions to make Buffalo Chicken Stir-Fry:
  1. Cut chicken breast into long strips
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan
  3. Once butter is melted and simmering, add Frank's RedHot hot sauce and Brown Sugar (If applicable) in saucepan
  4. Once sauce is combined, simmer on low (This is to prevent the fat from the butter to solidify on top)
  5. Slice onion and bell peppers
  6. Roughly dice tomato
  7. In a large HOT skillet, toast almonds (Careful cause this is a quick process. Almonds will toast fast!)
  8. Reduce heat on skillet and sauteé onion til caramelized (They will turn soft and brown. This will bring out the natural sugars of the onion)
  9. Add half of the newly made buffalo sauce to almonds
  10. Add Chicken to skillet
  11. Add bell peppers
  12. Stir-fry til chicken is fully cooked
  13. Add tomato and simmer for 90 seconds
  14. Add remaining sauce to skillet
  15. Serve hot and enjoy
