Add the cubed pineapple, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic paste and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the chicken stock, bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reduced and thickened.

  1. Put rice in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, cummin, minced onion, garlic powder & pepper
  2. Pour bag of frozen peas on top of rice
  3. In a bowl, wisk together mustard, hot sauce, water, bbq sauce & Worcestershire sauce until evenly blended
  4. Pour liquid mixture into baking dish
  5. Coat chicken in Brown sugar and place on top of rice.. Season with steak seasonings and salt and pepper
  6. Put pineapple chunks on top.of chicken
  7. Bake at 375° in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until rice and chicken are cooked threw.

Add the cubed pineapple, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic paste and cook for a few minutes. Stir in the chicken stock, bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reduced and thickened. Add the chicken back to the pan and stir until evenly coated with the sauce. Arrange chicken thighs in the bottom of your slow cooker crock; top with pineapple chunks. Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and garlic together in a small bowl; pour over the chicken and pineapple in the slow cooker.
