  4. Knead again after an hour and grease enamel dishes (dough is enough for 2 small dishes) with cooking oil. You can also use normal mugs (just grease them with cooking oil)
  5. Fill the cups halfway through with the dough and the same goes with the enamel dishes.
  6. Fill a large pot with boiling water(enough to cover the mugs halfway through). Insert your mugs into the pot of boiling water and boil for at least 40min before checking if the dumpling is cooked through. Insert a skewer into the dumplings, if it comes out clean then the dumplings are ready.
  7. NB: Ensure that the water does not run out after 40 min(you can add more hot water to the pot)
