These are the dried goji berries. You can also use them dried in desserts. I used these for this simmered dish.
Season the chicken drumsticks with the dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Marjoram helps with digestion.
Cut the onion into 5mm slices. Wash and tear apart the maitake. Chop the tomatoes. You can leave the skin on or peel, whichever you prefer.
