  6. Place the dough in warm place (40C) for 30 min again. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  7. After that, cut each dough with kitchen scissors for 5 times and you will get a flower shape dough. Repeat the process for all the dough.
  8. Place the dough in the oven at 180C and bake for 15-17min or until golden brown.
  9. When the bread is done, place them on the wire rack to cool completely.

Remove from the oven and brush the bread with sugar water to give them a really great shine, sweetness, and color. Place caster sugar, salt, bread flour, green tea powder and yeast into a mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture.
