Heat the oil in a Kadhai (or any other wok-like pan) on a medium flame. Add the green chillies and fry till they stop spluttering. Heat the oil and butter/ghee in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and stir it in for a few seconds.

  2. Phir ya maslay tiyar kar ly yani cut aur paste kar la
  3. Phir karahi me oil aur onion ko dala hai phir ginger+garlic paste aur dahniya powder tamato aur green chilli daly thora sa bhon ly
  4. Phir is me ghost ko daly aur bhon ly aur maslay daly aur dish out karaaa aur serve.

Heat the oil and butter/ghee in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and stir it in for a few seconds. Then add the meat and fry it over high heat in the fragrant oil until it changes colour slightly. Once browned, take the meat out using a slotted spoon and place it into a bowl.
