Heat the oil in a Kadhai (or any other wok-like pan) on a medium flame. Add the green chillies and fry till they stop spluttering. Pat the beef dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and ghee (or butter) in a Dutch oven (I use and love Lodge)or pot and brown the beef on all sides.

  1. Pahly pressure cooker me ghost ko daly sath onion+garlic dal kar aur pani dal kar pressure ko chala dy 15 mint ka liya
  2. Phir ya maslay tiyar kar ly yani cut aur paste kar la
  3. Phir karahi me oil aur onion ko dala hai phir ginger+garlic paste aur dahniya powder tamato aur green chilli daly thora sa bhon ly
  4. Phir is me ghost ko daly aur bhon ly aur maslay daly aur dish out karaaa aur serve.

Pat the beef dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and ghee (or butter) in a Dutch oven (I use and love Lodge)or pot and brown the beef on all sides. Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside. Heat the oil and butter/ghee in a pan. Add the ginger and garlic pastes and stir it in for a few seconds.
